since idtc does in fact inform you of the time left, as do all the other pre-paid cards i use, how hard can it be to figure out if you are being charged wrong? this process of tracking time left is software driven, not human. if this happened to one person all the time, it would happen to everyone under similar circumstances. there should be hundreds, no, thousands of similar complaints, and fines would follow. of course it can not be documented and i can not find similar complaints. good luck.
