max90 tune it down. Noone lied. Look here. NO ONE spoke of recent plans of selling any equity, besides that what is publicly being "discussed" (namely the "IPO" of Nbetradio). But note that again, NAVR is low on cash, per the today's 10-Q. And that pointed out only one option available to the company (if no Netradio placement is done), if (and only if) NAVR ran ot of cash and credit line. Message 7855646
