My conversation with both Jack and Mikey

Hours after my conversation with Tracy, I received a telephone
call and had an opportunity to speak with both Jack and Mikey.

They were gracious enough to answer my questions and were both
quite patient.

The following topics were addressed:
1. PMA- The latest PR was indicative of actual sales. The company
did not want to release any information about potential sales because
they do not get paid for another 180 days and could find themselves
having to retract numbers if Ingram should return copies of PMA.

PMA sales are promising and growing, but numbers could not be
disclosed.

Other potential vendors are actively being recruited, but none
is yet under contract.

2. Lawsuit- BNEZ is still actively pursuing the lawsuit with
AOL. Both Jack and Mikey vehemently denied any implication that
the company strategy was geared to potentiate damages secondary
to AOL's blunder. If I may paraphrase 'We already have enough
evidence of damage'. They cited pending financing that the company
was just days from receiving at the time of the AOL goof and their
subsequent inability to obtain it. Paraphrasing again 'We got
screwed'.

3. Dividend- Jack and Mikey implied that the unpaid dividend is
the result of a clerical error by Chase Mellon and should be paid
out within a month's time. It had something to do with BNEZD, but
I didn't really understand enough of it to follow well.
