It's pretty simple. Dell is the 'last' major all Intel shop, and their revenue growth was light. Not a good situation to be in with their PE. I believe HWP also made comments that they are concerned about revenue growth. Some of the (very few) rational posters on the Dell thread mentioned that management (in the conference call) said they were not 'aggressive enough' in pricing. An interesting comment in view of the fact that Dell is a PII shop... This will surely take Intel down, at least in the short term. John
