I for one give them the benefit of doubt on the dividend,(but it's not my dividend), about the ta...In two other stocks i am involved with I had a hell of a time getting my dividends just this last two weeks. It was a fricken mess... i was on an important time line and started early to make sure i got them....between the ta, dct, and every other go between we had to deal with my broker was fed up telling me "sell them", because she did not want to go through that mess again.. she was on the phone every other day for two weeks..... :) mulla711
