OK, another question, if I may be so annoying. Why the heck doesn't Waterhouse enforce this? Am I liable to any degree? I really never kept track, because I thought it was the broker's responsibility to make certain that trades were in compliance. Was I just being naive? Should I spend the time and toll charges to call their compliance officer? Sorry to be such a pest. Barb
