ZDII.......i agree with you to an extent.....but we all know stock options are needed to attract and hold decent management. In the past, options were granted at the prices the stock was trading when granted.If the underlying went down the officers recvd more options at the lower price. Now that capital gains are 25% to 20% this type of pay becomes really big for high paid people in the 56-60% bracket......i think that is why a lot of this is being done.
