Gary,
There are some daytrading firms out there that will cater to your needs. I had a friend, a physician by profession, whose trading style was identical to yours. He simply used a Level 2 quote delivery (without execution capability) and kept a phone line open to an inputter at a daytrading firm. Unfortunately, the daytrading outfit (in Texas) has since gone under but I am sure you will find firms out there that will accomodate you. Particulary if you are in some metro area like NY, DC, LA etc. Good luck in your quest.
