A little dilution is not too bad considering the offering was above street price. Amazon.com will hire/use 19 engineers from Geos, I take it as 19 engineers being outsourced to Amazon.com. Geos should see service revenue out of this. One report indicated that Geos will be looking for more business from Amazon.com. This is really good considering the company was/is in its death bed. Things should be looking a lot better revenue wise and profitability wise. I am interested at comments regarding the deal itself and its long term effect on the company, I know short term it is better than good. N.S.
