BGR - I don't buy what you say. The rap on Dell for the longest time is that the company has 'avoided' a price war by concentrating on the 'high end'. If this statement is true, they are in effect saying that they can't hide anymore, and will slug it out with the other big boys on price. It seems to me that this stance could possibly hurt Dell more than IBM/HWP/CPQ because the others are better positioned across the product spectrum.... John
