From the Motley Fool: Pediatrix Medical Group (NYSE:PDX - news) dropped another $1 5/8 to $26 3/8 after last Friday announcing that it may have to restate previously reported earnings. The announcement came after the company said on Wednesday that it expected to beat analysts' estimates for the fourth quarter and full-year 1998. Isn't this outright fraud? Or is it just management incompetence and ignorance? Regards, Tom
