If some one lies in court, does that or does that not undermine his credibility? If someone such as yourself make the above defense of Furhman, am I really supposed to take you seriously? Plus you didn't answer my earlier questions... Why no corresponding tear in the glove, that I know of, where his finger was cut? PLus why would a tight fitting glove fall off or be taken off? Per your words... "Blood in OJ's truck. Bloody fingerprints macthing oj's. OJ's socks up in his bedroomn were soaked in blood." Per forensics... drops of blood in OJ's truck....Finger prints? Wasn't OJ wearing gloves? See Above questions asking as to how gloves came off....Plus don't criminals wear gloves so as not to leave finger prints? Plus re: socks...why were they in one photo-graph and not in another earlier photograph of same rug right after murder?... Per Victor: "...Who told you that?..." Who told me what? They sucked? They sucked is pretty obvious...they should have stuck to the BLOOD evidence....They shouldn't have raised so many other issues that allowed for those other issues to be interjected by the defense attorneys...AND they should have never put Furhman on the stand... Who told me they never prosecuted and case and SUCKED? A former Asst. Distirct Attorney who worked homicide cases...and now is a prestigious defense attorney...plus also by a deputy city solicitor.. Per your words Victor: "...we both know that if not for the wealth and fame of OJ,...verdict: guilty....." Open and shut...maybe...maybe not....BUT...if not for fame and wealth ...OJ would have been assigned a public defender who had a huge case load......or certainly couldn't have afforded as skilled a defense team....The Judicial system is slanted toward who can pay for the best attorneys irrespective of the case or the person's skin color. Thus Victor....spare me your indignant "pious stuff".... and please just admit ....what I believe I am safely assuming....that... Your prejudice clouds your ability to reason.....and you NOR I really have the facts...to judge this case...since neither of us were in the court room.....and both of us have only seen what was presented on television.... Funny thing too when you corrected my spelling... Furhman....and NOT....Furman.....interesting...getting much closer to Furher......all the time..... You...really ARE the extremist...whereas all I am saying is that I need to see all "the facts" for MYSELF and assess them myself before I make my own conclusions for myself..... And thus, since I haven't seen all the facts irrespective of what I saw on TV...I am in no position to reach a verdict....either for or against.... Capiche z btw....Victor are you a racist?...the Furhman support stuff... scares me...
