FYI Form 4 (change in holdings of insiders) of the SEC is not required to be filed on EDGAR, it may be but doesn't have to be.

As far as insider trading, there is only one type that I even pay attention to and that is insider purchases on the open market. Insider exercise of options or warrants, or insider sales (unless multiple and a significant part of holdings) can occur for many reasons. Insider purchases on the open market happen for only two reasons, one, the stock is a good deal, or two, insiders are required to own and/or purchase certain amounts of stock over a certain period of time. VVUS has no such requirement.

I've seen no evidence of insider purchases on the open market in the last six months.
