But Zucco, Mr. Gambling Man, didn't know on 12/97 during the NT talks, that Independence was any less of an issue then ? I'll give you the benefit of the doubt Jim Zucco. You wanted to Pass on NT and their 10 ish offer and try to go it alone and VPN your way to fortune and Fame...O.K....What gives you the right to cough up the company 9 months later ( VPN Just out of the gate ) for 3 5/8 LESS than the NT Offer ?? You can't have it both ways Zucco...You Partner up with NT... Which was Natural...OR YOU GIVE VPN A CHANCE !!!! Your own Proxy Response says that your customers were worried about you remaining Independent....Just in Sept. 98 they were worried ? I don't think so Jimmy Zucco... You had to know that even BEFORE 12/97 this company NEEDED a Big Brother. My Good Man Zman was right : You gave us a false hope and an idea that we should stick around and let The Man with The Plan ...work it out... Well you didn't stay with the PLAN... You SOLD US OUT !! That meeting on 2/26 should make you feel real comfortable Mr.J. Zucco. I wonder if you will even have the balls to show up !!
