Thanx Buzz; I'm not sure but it looks like Harris William Investors converted or intend to convert enough notes to wind up with a total of 7.5% of CMI ? ----------------------------- I don't see anything wrong with it, but I'm not up to speed in all these type transactions. What's your take on it ? Jim
