Sid, you forgot about selling, general and administrative, expenses in your rational questioning. Don't ever forget to pay the salesman, please.

Here is one possible scenario: They take their proven product designs and back orders to a venture financier to negotiate the venture capital they need to fulfill orders and continue. It happens all the time. They probably have them knocking down the doors if the products are as good as advertised. The market anticipates this need and is holding the stock back in line with the dilutive aspect of any eventual financing in my opinion. Otherwise the stock would already be much higher.

I am not really telling you this Sid because you know it already and wanted to take another shot at DCH Tech. That's okay because it gave me a chance to answer for everyone else who got faint reading your castrating question.
