BAM,

Allow me to explain this to you. I was at their site....at the lower left of the page are listed the 10 "hottest" items..and hotlinked to the item itself....the item was listed as "CD MSOffice 97 Upgrade".
I clicked on it...ordered it and paid approx. $20.00 extra for next day UPS delivery as I wanted it immedaitely and was willing to pay the cost to get it immediatley. Truthfully, I did not read the entire text on the hotlinked page...the header had said what the item was, and it was what I wanted...a CD with the 97 upgrade. Simple! When the "item" arrived there were no instructions to phone Microsoft..no phone number listed to call and order it...Simply a "License" printed on fancy paper. It was not what I had ordered or wanted. When several days went by with no repsonse from OnSale I went out and purchased what I wanted locally. Now, I have absolutely no need for this crinkly paper, especially since I just recvd an email (No return address listed) from OnSale telling me I am a liar as the advertisement did not say anything about a CD being supplied. Now, this crinkly paper is so useless to me, it is even too crinkly to wipe my butt with, I am willing to sell it. Would you care to buy it? If you were to but it, all you then would have to do is phone Microsoft, probably only have to sit in hold for 1/2 an hour or so, then wait, probably several weeks, until they ship it. THEN you will have a product you can use!!!! Interested?

Jim J <Nope...I STILL aint buying a downhill stock!>
