The IPO of Waterhouse is almost certain IMHO. Look at the valuations of the "other" online brokerages. Waterhouse is one of the leaders in the pack. They are the number 2 online brokerage ahead of E-Trade and just behind Schwab. This one is a sleeper, but when it awakes nay sayers beware. -Ash
