Bear, I've said it privately and I'll say it publicly, I think you're OK. I even ALMOST feel like apologizing for some of my fellow longs who tarred you with the same brush they used on Sam. (But I won't, because it's the price you pay for living on the short side - even if you don't actually make the trade. You know that goes with the territory.) I only have two little problems with what you just posted:

"No wonder the PR firm and company are under SEC scrutiny. They keep lying right up until the end."

I'm not sure that I'm too fond of IBP and how it has done its job thus far, but you don't have any evidence that either they or the company "lied" about anything, do you? Even if one believes that overly enthusiastic statements were made, or that an item of disclosure was in some way insufficient, that doesn't mean anyone "lied," does it? Shall I assume you meant for that statement to be interpreted more casually than I'm doing here? Thanks - Eric
