So what does he do on the last day of the 3rd qtr...begins conversations with Intel about a Merger. Oh, one other thing about that Analyst Peter Lu, who found religion real quick with Shiva in a Bottle...Notice how he quickly downgraded the stock. He must of caught some more wind; this time; about Shiva NOT ACCEPTING NT's offer. It's all becoming very clear. Aptis for 300 mil? Shiva 185 ?? NT willing to pay 280 mil? 9 months later shave off 100 mil and Run for the hills...I'm done. Shiva Connects ? Not with it's Shareholders !
