It's quite obvious that we don't get along.

However, I must admit we approach market strategy towards gold in a very similar manner. Both of us are looking for signs of a bottom in the gold market, and don't like overpaying.

You might want to inject a bear fund like BEARX into your strategy, at least as a trading vehicle during any market crash.

Either that do put options on selective issues, in particular the Internuts. That not something my Mrs. is quite comfortable with yet (even though the only risk is the option premium).

The Swiss depository idea is very sound as well. Don't have all your assets locked up in any one particular country.

But the one caveat in that strategy is still the fact that the gov't could confiscate gold, but I don't beleive that would occur until the deflationary spiral has bottomed and the Fed is ready to reinflate.

And in between we're going to see a lot of economic ugliness. That is, unless AG can convince people the world isn't coming to an end.
