Technically WIND looks good. Volume has improved and the little spike up yesterday 16 Feb shouldn't be viewed negatively IMO.

Signs of modest accumulation in end of the day block buys - 15 - 5K.

If this falls for any reason a point or 2 intraday it will certainly go up to 25 in a day or two - sellers have done their thing.

I'm looking for high 20s by earnings on 25 Feb.
