Company Press Release
ConSyGen Inc. Travels To New E-Commerce Planet
PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 1999--ConSyGen Inc. (NASDAQ:CSGI - news) announced Wednesday that ConSyGen's Counterfeit Cop has landed on another planet, www.planetshopping.com, with a ''hot-link'' back to Yahoo's (NASDAQ: YHOO - news) secured shopping network.

The company recently added itself to iMall (NASDAQ: IMAL - news).

As part of this new e-commerce venture, ConSyGen's Counterfeit Cop logo will be displayed on Planet Shopping's ''Month's Featured Stores'' page.

Thomas Dreaper, president and chief executive officer of ConSyGen, said, ''With the tremendous visibility of the Internet, ConSyGen has added itself to several e-commerce Internet sites such as, Yahoo, iMall and MallSuite, www.mallsuite.com, to expose and expand ourselves to a larger market.''

ConSyGen's Counterfeit Cop detects counterfeit currency, credit cards, traveler's checks, casino chips, passports, driver's license, and other types of items used for monetary exchange or identification of documents faster than any other counterfeit detection unit currently available.

ConSyGen Inc. is a Phoenix-based high-technology company that provides Year 2000 remediation and independent verification and validation services, using its proprietary automated software technology.
