When a stock is as active as ZE it is not unusual for
someone's order not to go through even though his price
was met. There are many traders on the floor for these
hot stocks and it is the guy who screams the loudest who
gets heard. In your case if your broker can document
your case then you have a very good chance to have
your order be honored. I've challenged twice and won
both times. In both cases I had a well documented case.
This is the major reason I prefer working with a broker
as opposed to Etrade. My broker will take the time
to document and present my case.
