No clue, kinda wierd too, as it is back up substantially today with still no news... 1 yr ago this week I swapped 3000 ACTL for 1000 XLNX at $13 and $39. Now ACTL is $13 again, and XLNX is $78. Yet ACTL has been to $21 and back again. As a buy and hold ACTL just doesn't have the staying power to run with the outperformers, but for trading its volatility may be worth playing. Good luck... I checked Edgar and see there are new 13 G/A and form 5 filings, but I have no premium access so can't see what filings say... -tt
