Also,
They have signed agreement with Tivoli in March 1998, a subsidiary of IBM to build upon Castanet and develop their own product called "Cross-Site". Tivoli has been a reseller of Marimba products since 1997. Tivoli accounted for $3.1 million, or approximately 18% of our revenues in 1998.

Not sure about the litigation with NOVADIGM which claims that Marimba, Inc. has infringed on their intellectual property. Jury trial expected to start September 1999. Need to read further...
