Hi Hayseed,

The company is based in Calgary and is of course listed on the ASE.

WRT an upcoming announcement, the company has advised that their news can only be announced upon conclusion of a pending transaction. They are obviously working on something material but until it is done they have nothing that they can tell us. Kinda makes sense to me.
