Yogi:

I used to listen to Rush just about every day. Now, I just listen to him occasionally. At first, it was refreshing to hear someone who shares most of my own views. (Don't get that in mainstream media for sure) He often points out with remarkable clarity the hypocrisy of the left to the point of overkill. I found myself getting riled and it used to amaze me that people in this country just don't get what Rush points out; if they did, they certainly would not vote Dem. But the American people don't want to be informed, they don't want to hear what Clinton did, because then they would have to face up to the truth about him and about themselves, that is they made a big mistake by voting for him and it is tough to admit that. So when they get polled, they say, yea, I support him, just get it over with. No thought, no concern about law and justice (similar to OJ jury), they just want it to go away so they don't have to face the horrible truth that they voted for this man. No, the American people don't want to learn the details, they don't want to be informed on what is happening, that's too hard; it requires work and study. They are much happier watching daytime TV shows like Springer, etc. and falling for the notion that this is normal behavior. Liberals have dumbed-down "acceptable" behavior to the point that most people don't care, they think what is deviant is cool. Enough!

I got tired of listening to Rush because I just get too riled up and I didn't focus on what is important to me, that is making money in this market. Rush does not, nor will he ever help me make money so listening to him is pretty much a waste of time. I am the choir and he doesn't need to preach what I already know. It is fun to listen to his opinions though, especially during telling moments of history.
