The volume of DELL shares traded today is truly astounding, 9 times that of CPQ so far. The average volume for DELL is normally 18.9 million shares per day. With 3 hours to go, 84.8 million shares have changed hands already. CPQ, in contrast, which has an average daily volume of 13.7 million shares, has only traded 9.5 million.
