Pam, IMO a lot of people (myself included) expected some good news to be released once the quiet period following the secondary expired. It is normal for companies to announce positive developments following a secondary thereby thanking/rewarding the subscribers. When the quiet period ended and no news was forthcoming the stock started to drop. (Argentina was not what they were looking for) Ed
