Yogi,

Also with all due respect, I cannot fight your perception. Time
will tell. A lot of people have come to perceive California as
over populated, yet we here are preparing for another 50% growth
in the next 30 years or so. If California remains successful then,
I hope it will debunk the theory that our infrastructure cannot
be adjusted to accomodate growth.
