CRB at or near a 12/24 year low....this must be accounted for at some point, just haven't figured out how it will work out, but I give this example. A farmer I used to rent land to told me last year he had the best yields ever in 30 years of farming, and guess what? He lost money, a lot of money. (the flip side was the lowest prices) His farm will soon become a 300 acre subdivision.
