Lucky..people trade all over the world and I suggest everyone trade based on the laws and rules of the country in which they treade..but IN The US it is not illegal to short an IPO. Remember MAMA...mamatish..We shorted that and the whjole world shorted it so heavily they cancelled the IPO and it put land mark out of business...I would never suggest to anyone anything that is a violation of Securities laws....
