so I guess we should be happy if we have only 2-3% Hell? Also, banks are only as good as their power supply, though very good in some areas, only fair in others. I'm reminded of brown-outs last summer(when I & many others were having computer problems due to low voltage). Caused not by our local Colorado utility but problems on the grid in central Washington state. Place my wives business banks would accept deposits all day long, but could not cash a check due to computer problems.
