Unlike the position trading system, I did not back test this over any length of time -- so my confidence level is rather less

As far as the whip-saw action compared to last year -- my recollection is that I seemed to get stopped out several time for money management reasons but the rapid back and forth with signals changing each day did not occur.

Quite honestly, I am not too concerned with the whip-saw action per se. I have seen it happen enough times to know that it is a temporary phenomenon which will work itself out. It is painful when it happens and this time it was even more so because I was trading larger positions based on the equity build up and so the impact was severe.
