Bob,

Thanks for re-posting your concerns. I think that you have a lot of legitimate points. It is often too easy to be optimistic and too easy to trust mangement's motives for doing things. IMO, this management team has been excellent so far, but the previous team really milked the company for what it could. So I guess buyers beware.
