Alan I sympathize. It's no surprise to anyone that the rules seem to be different for those with deep pockets than for ordinary people.

What I am finding out, though, is how difficult it is even for well to do and/or powerful groups to control what a company is doing. Insiders have their control and their secrecy and whammo, an option package goes through, they laugh all the way to the bank, and it's done, and even fairly large shareholders can't say boo about it. Perhaps this issue of control is going on right now...Montgomery or whoever is trying to throw their weight around a bit, perhaps with limited success. We'll probably never know.

At least OTEXF is not a manipulated stock (not much anyway). And it is a respectable company. The IPO was just overpriced. People were buying into a concept: "the internet". Pretty good concept, still might pan out. Better than Cybercash.
