Interesting article...thanks for posting it. I am trying to figure out what the market sees...or doesn't see...that explains the lack of reaction to the spinoff announcement. It is a bit baffling. Perhaps its the matter of IRS approval...I don't know the tax law well enough to know if this is a likely show stopper. Does anyone have a clue what INEL might be worth in a takeover or merger, with or without XLCT? Have there been any recent takeovers in the reseller industry? I am long INEL based on my perception that the stock is clearly undervalued, plus managements obvious commitment to unlocking that value for the shareholders benefit in the near future.
