IDC belongs to ETSI which is the European organization determining standardization. ETSI has so far decided that WCDMA is their best option. IDC is in negotiations to determine to what extent and how their IPRs will be re-imbursed under WCDMA. Soes traders are still trying to move IDC lower with their trading techniques. They're trading on previous patterns and obviously haven't followed recent developments re IDC relative to their IPRs
