Morgan Keegan has distributed several notes on InterDigital over the last 30 days, including an upgrade from "Speculative" to "Market Perform". Piper Jaffrey does not formally cover IDC, however, we have a good contact with the telecommunications/technology analyst over there, who has followed us in the past. I believe he is "informally" watching the company. Please know that our number one goal is to increase sell-side coverage on InterDigital. We have made good contacts with many sell-side firms and we are definitely on their radar screen. Approximately 2% of our shares outstanding are held by insiders.
