ASCT I just spoke with John Bernardi in ASCT IR. He felt the two drugs they currently have in the market are doing fairly well. There are three drugs that they are waiting for FDA approval. They anticipate two of them will be ready for marketing by the end of the year, but they are at the mercy of the FDA. He feels that they have fully complied with all of the FDA's requirements and answered all their questions so it's a waiting game now. He said they are quite excited about the agreement with ALO. It gives them the capacity to invigorate their product development, and also, allows them to look at acquisitions of complimentary companies. The only explanation he could come up with for the collapsing share price was that he hear several internet people were hyping the stock as though it would be taken out at $12, and when they saw the nature of the agreement and saw that they weren't going to get the $12 today, they started a wave of selling.
