I've got the same problem, lightfoot. Using Waterhouse as well. Not sure if it is the brokerage's fault or the transfer agent. You have to contact Waterhouse directly to do the trading, and they'll credit/debit the account properly (make sure you ask for the on-line trading commission though). Gator
