Greg, Every time I try to pick up a woman, she starts laughing, so I guess I am a funny guy. <g>

I am not buying anything today. I will buy more puts on any dead cat bounce in the Nasdaq. I have rolled some puts down, but that is SOP for me after making a quadruple or more. I like to take money off the table.

IMHO, the reason folks are so surprised is that reality is nothing like what CNBS and the rest of the media are presenting. They are talking stupendous pc growth when we've just had the first down year ever in history. That's close to accurate. <g> The media is talking economic growth and ignoring the dangerous buildup of credit and money. The media is talking about stocks selling at record levels with no or very little mention of the anemic eps growth last year and this year. Folks are talking about Y2K as an opportunity when it is pretty scary for these fluff stocks. So, there is this huge disconnnect between perception and reality that the market has to drop to fill.
