Honey, get a clue. What you are clearly seeing is erosion of previous price support around 2.625-3.25.

Spare us phrases like 'sham artist'. Read the 10-Q. Listen to the conference call. The guidance there is rather unambiguous, as it is required to be by law.

There is a reason why Dain Rauscher suspended coverage of VVUS.
