Wes, ASCT I tend to agree. I think the reason the stock tanked is that it was not really a buy out--just an option to buy. When it became clear that it was not going to gap up people began to bail---- myself included. The stock is better today than it was yesterday but it's cap is down--- go figure. I might get back in. But, I am also considering saying good-buy and moving on. I have been twice burned by SATh trying to find a good re-entry point. Len
