Fred, Here are the HTSF filings to date. The last 10K was for year ending 3/31/97 and the last 10Q was for 12/31/97 heartsoft.com Just jumped on this pony today because of product and revenues. Thought I had to make a quick decision and got in at 5 5/16 [Ouch!!!] Hope I did not make a big mistake. Blayton
