Actually, I think the high is supportable fundamentally. Y/Y EPS growth rate for the quarter we're in seems likely to exceed 20% (even without any margin expansion), and I don't think a PEG of 2 is excessive compared to its peers, especially given that Sun seems to be one of the few major companies in the computer industry with growing sales. Assuming $2.80 trailing earnings, that gives a price at least in the 110's.

But that's JMHO, and not investment advice.
