Slow? Suppose that I can buy a PC which runs 90% as fast for 33% of the price?

Look at the benchmarks Jim. Everybody is scoring within 20% of each other. 20% is almost meaningless. Very few people have their productivity limited by CPU performance. Even in the microprocessor design world, progress is gated by the speed of humans, not the speed of computers.

If you worked at the NSA, 20% computing speed delta might be interesting.
