Seems to me Schmeig leaving is infact a positive. I mean that you can't have a company as successful as WCII and not have the headhunters out trying to get key employees.

I wonder what Mr Schmeig's new deal is! WCII will nodoubt replace Mr Schmeig with someonevery bright and able and so it goes on. Success breeds success.
