Hi Snorkel: Yes, Lonnie is now aware of all this (see Lonnie's post). The vast majority, if not all, of the Vescan difficulties are attributed to persons prior to Lonnie's arrival. In nearly two years of frustration with these problems, it's my experience that Lonnie is the only director who has returned phone calls or taken the initiative to attempt resolution of the situation. He also has responded to questions on this thread under very difficult circumstances. I believe Lonnie has a plan and he seems determined to breathe life into Vescan. Perhaps I was too hasty when I expressed my thoughts about Vescan not passing an audit and never trading again. My hat is off to you Lonnie. Keep at it. Trevor
